(UPS) Ground Shipping Worldwide
Terms: Excludes Hawaii & Alaska, and overseas. Shipping fees start at $15, and increase as weight of the order increases.

To ensure the best, most reliable shipping service, we require a signature on all shipped items, so they cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

STORE POLICIES

Pre-orders
Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates given to us by the manufacturers. However, we will do our very best to get you your Alene Too fashions in as timely manner as possible.

We will charge your credit card for the full amount of the item upon placement of your order. If, for any reason, we cannot fill the order, we will make a full refund. We will accept cancellations on pre-order items, but only for in-store credits that can be used for future purchases.

Store Credit
To use your online store credit, simply place an order online, and in the comments section during checkout, write “Apply Store Credit” and the total amount of your order will be adjusted once we receive the order. If you have in-store credit, it is valid for six months from the refund date.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications to the order.

Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale. No exceptions.
The following items are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged: Underwear and bathing suits.

Boca Raton Store returns Policy
Open returns policy in-store. Returns accepted up to seven days after purchase. Store credit only.

Online store returns Policy
Alene Too offers you top quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, return the unused item in its original condition within seven days and we will give you a full refund, or offer in-store credit that is good for six months. Or we will exchange your item for another item in the store.
Sales items are final and are not returnable nor can they be exchanged.

Footwear return policy
You want your shoes to be yours only. For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on footwear that is scratched or scuffed, or shows any sign of wear. We offer only the best products to you and want to continue our quality service. Remember, the designer shoe boxes are part of the complete shoe package, and need to be stored in a dry and clean space if the shoes may have to be returned.

Can items bought online be returned to the store for store credit/ online credit?
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We will not offer a refund on damaged items. The item must be returned in original packing and with original invoice. Alene Too will not accept items with obvious signs of wear or with the original tags removed.

We strongly encourage you to insure your package and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
