Return Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Some items from alenetoo.com ship with an attached security tag.
- Merchandise returned without the original security tag or a damaged security tag may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoebox.
- All discounted items are final sale.
- All jewelry items are final sale.
- All special order items are final sale.
- Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and final sale items may not be returned.
Free Prepaid Returns ( USA Only & Within 15 days )
A pre-paid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the United States. To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive at alenetoo.com, within 15 business days of the date you recived it. Please allow for 7 days of transit time.- Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. Please Note: When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box.
- Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
- Drop off your package at a U.S Postal Service mailbox or post office or visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup.
- Please keep your top portion of the label for your records and tracking.
- You will recieve an e-mail once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
- Please note: Packages received at alenetoo.com after 15 days will incur a $10.00 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.

If your package arrives at Alene Too within the 30- day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received information from Alene TooNeed a different size or color?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. With our worldwide express delivery, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Any order placed on a weekday after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be processed in the next 24 to 48 hours. If in an order is placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday.

International Credit Card Verification
For customers using an international credit card: we may require that you fax or email a copy of your passport, driver’s license, or other photo ID, AND the front and back of your credit card (please black out all numbers except for the last 4 digits on the credit card) to Melissa@alenetoo.com; be sure to include your order number on all documents. After we receive these items, we will be able to process your order. This is a one-time process to verify customers, however, if your method of payment changes we may need to verify the new information. alenetoo.com reserves the right to approve and ship orders without receipt of the aforementioned documentation.
Address Verification / Alternate Shipping Address:
We are committed to preventing credit card and identity fraud to the best of our ability. We use strict address verification procedures as a precautionary measure to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver's license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet.
